I can relate. Being a master at suppressing my thoughts, feelings and desires forced my true self to lie dormant for a long time. My desires hurt me so I believed this was the only way. It felt good when people were happy with me, but inside, I had a lot of self-doubt and unworthiness. I was afraid to go my own way because then I risked not being liked and not being "nice". Well, that also made me boring AF.
My inner self was waiting for me to be on board with it's existence. It was courting me to open up to its power and be in relationship with it. And now I see its value and continue to deepen my connection to it every day.
This relationship is what I help people to reconnect with inside themselves.
If you are here, it is most likely because you have had enough of doing things the old way. You've reached a point where its too hard to stay the same. Pushing it all down is getting harder to manage. You're tired and you want your energy back.
You realize that living this way is not sustainable anymore but you don't know how to get out of the cycle. You are craving more space for the real you in your life and relationships.
After a bunch of things in my life came to a screeching halt, and by what seemed like a spontaneous choice (or a nudge from the universe) I signed up for a coaching program to become a sex, love and relationship coach. Coaching and BEING coached massively transformed me. I have been able to reframe and heal so many parts of myself. I have witnessed my confidence increase and my relationships feel much more nourishing.
For the last couple of years, I have completely revamped my life and worked passionately on becoming the version of me that feels true through my values and integrity. It is a lifelong journey and while I am a perfectly imperfect human, I am committed to the path and learning along the way.
I am trained in multiple different coaching modalities and will offer you many angles to explore the best direction for you to reconnect to your true self. We have different levels of our being and transforming one area can lead to transformation in other areas. Depending on your unique needs, we can explore mental, emotional, somatic (body), behavioural and unconscious patterns to help you reach your authenticity.
It's all about balancing the inner and outer worlds and learning to live in harmony. Transforming the relationship within yourself will open up to deeper connection in many areas of your life.

Slowing down: we live in such a fast paced world and it can be so easy to get swept up by all the things calling our attention away. By slowing down, we can start to get curious about the patterns that are playing out in our lives and begin to choose a new path forward. Slowing down is the fastest way to speed up.
Space: space is truly a gift for noticing subtleties in our world. It helps us to see clearly when there is more room around the object we are looking at. To create space invites an element of allowance and acceptance which gently softens stuck energy. Once energy starts to unravel, it can be transformed into a more desirable state, defined by you.
Stillness (or movement!): there is so much demand to perform and take action in our lives. Connecting to stillness and shifting from doing to being has a powerful transformative quality that can also add more ease into our lives. Whether its stillness or movement, being in the body is a foundational component.
